Corporate code of ethics and professional conduct of the Logistics Express group companies

At Logistics Express, we believe in the importance of acting with integrity and maintaining the highest ethical standards in all of our operations. This Corporate Code of Ethics and Conduct (the "Code") provides the guidelines and principles that all employees, directors, officers and contractors of the Group must follow.

 

Integrity and Honesty: We expect all members of our team to act with integrity and honesty at all times. This means treating everyone with respect, avoiding conflicts of interest and behaving ethically in all business interactions.

 

Compliance with Laws: We are committed to complying with all applicable laws, regulations and standards in the locations where we operate. Each employee is responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations relevant to his or her job.

 

Respect for Human Rights: We respect and promote human rights and strive to ensure that our operations do not contribute to human rights violations.

This Code is not exhaustive and does not cover all possible situations that may arise in the course of our work. In all our actions, we must be guided by our ethical judgment and our commitment to integrity and honesty.

 

All employees must read and understand this Code and agree to comply with its guidelines. Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

 

We expect every member of our team to contribute to maintaining the integrity of Logistics Express by complying with this Code and doing the right thing at all times.
